Cancellation Policy:

Each appointment you make is especially reserved for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice, by calling our office at 705.719.6275 during office hours, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Fridays 9am - 1pm. ** To cancel a Monday appointment, notice must be given by the preceding Friday before the end of the business day to avoid a cancellation fee.

Please note that our instructors are in their training car providing lessons with our students during our regular business hours and do not answer their phones and do not hear messages until after 6 p.m. We ask that you call our office and advise us of cancellations or leave a message with details so we may return your call as soon as possible. If the message was left after office hours we will return your call upon our return to the office.

If you miss an in-vehicle session with less than 24 hours notice a No-Show fee of $50.00 will apply for the missed one hour session and $100.00 fee for a missed two hour session. You may continue your in-vehicle lessons when all fees have been paid.


  • Late for scheduled lesson. If student arrives 15 minutes late for their scheduled in-car lesson it is determined to be forfeited, and is classified to be a No-Show lesson. A fee of $50.00/hour will apply to reschedule the lesson.
  • Without their license/glasses/contacts (which are identified as a requirement of their license) the $50/hour charge applies to rebook the lesson.

No student will be Certified with an outstanding balance.

We strictly uphold our cancellation, rescheduling and no show policy to ensure our high standards and level of service to each and every student.
